Let's be honest. We all want to be that Hot Wife. But then we see that wonderfully decorated cupcake, with frosting oozing from the middle, with cute pearls on top. Yeah, you know what I'm talking about. And then all of the sudden your stomach growls and you don't just want it anymore, you have.to.have.it...now.
 
or perhaps you are amazing at avoiding cupcakes but you sound something like this?

So, from the brilliant inspiration from another blogger Sarah over at High Heels and Grills on instagram, and her many posts and hashtags on #opperationhotwife (follow her, seriously she is hilarious, and speaking of dieting, I am SURE you have seen her amazing recipes all over Pinterest, droooool.)
Anyway, I decided that is my new motto for workout inspiration.  
 
So let the Operation Hot Wife commence!!

Karena & Katrina over at Tone It Up
I have been following them for a few years now, and they just got their own TV show, and are getting very well known. Lots of hard work, and they are amazing! Look at those Beach Babes! They have workout DVD's, youtube videos for nutrition and fitness, a TV series called Toned Up on Bravo TV, a Nutrition Plan. And get this. On their Blog they have weekly workout schedules which they post every Sunday. And the best thing they do is challenge you to 6 weeks of challenging your body with good food (lean, clean and green!) and workouts, usually with a mileage challenges through out the year! Love Your Body 6 week challenge, for Valentines day. Bikini Series 6 week challenge for Summer Beach Bods,  and other smaller challenges like 100 miles for Valentines day... you really want to follow them on Pinterest, instagram, facebook, twitter, and their website. You will be amazed!

Next up is the Hilarious, somewhat crude Mama from Texas! She is an amazing inspiration! Just read her story and take a gander at her before and after photo's. Talk about inspiration right there! She will keep you laughing each day, and want to get out and attack the day with a hard core workout.

This picture is 9 months apart, with only a 5 lbs difference. WHAT?! She says her secret is eating better, and lifting weights. And after 2 kids, and she is only getting smaller. Amazing!! Check her out on FB, and Instagram as well.
 
 
As for me?! I am going to go eat a carrot and go to bed dreaming of cupcakes.
